Admission Procedure
With its online admission system via Samarth Portal, MANUU has ensured that you do not have to run from pillar to post anymore.
Step 1: Registration
Visit the MANUU CDOE website. Click on ‘Admission’. Register with your email & phone number. Save the login credentials since you will need them for the next few years
Step 2: Form Filling
Once you are logged in, fill in your details. You will fill in personal and educational details. The most important will be selection of your Learner Support Center(LSC). It will be your ‘go-to’ center, where you will submit your assignments and attend counseling sessions.
Step 3: Document Upload
You will need soft copies of the following:
• Recent passport size photograph.
• Signature.
• Qualifying Urdu Proof (10th/12th/Degree marksheet).
• Academic Certificates (10th, 12th or Graduation).
• Category certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD candidates only).
Step 4: Payment of Fees
Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking can be used to pay your application and programme fees. Your receipt will be generated instantly.

Cancellation of Admission
In case of cancellation of admission due to wrong eligibility claim or incomplete documents or incorrect documents provided by candidate, full fee shall be forfeited.
In case of cancellation due to withdrawal of Programme by the University for any reason, full fee shall be refunded. If admission is canceled by the university on disciplinary grounds full fee shall be forfeited.
Students desirous to cancel their admission within the time frame as given in the para 5.2 are advised to apply through SAMARTH portal only.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can study for 2 degrees at the same time (1 Regular, 1 ODL or 2 ODL) as long as class timing/exam does not clash as per UGC norms.
There is no upper age bar. If you are 18 years, 60 years old, you are welcome to learn as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria including Urdu criteria.
Yes, Manuu provides SLM (Self Learning Material) which is generally sent to your address/picked up by you at your Regional Center. Digital books are available in your website as well.
Subject to languages (English, Hindi, Arabic), you have to write in that subject only. For Social sciences and commerce, the medium of instruction and examination is generally Urdu. Please check your particular course coordinator’s instructions if any exceptions to this.
You’ll get an email notification once the university finishes verifying your documents, and you can then log back into the Samarth portal to download your provisional ID card.
