What Does Your Status Actually Mean?

Submitted: Your form has received the system but no officials have started reviewing it.
Under Process / Pending: University official is currently cross checking your Urdu eligibility and academic certificates.
Discrepancy Raised: This is a red flag! It usually means a document (like your marksheet or category certificate) was blurry or incorrect. You’ll need to re-upload it immediately.
Admission Confirmed: Congratulations! Your seat is secured, and you’ll receive your Enrollment Number shortly.

Early Access To Study Material: Once your status is “Confirmed”, you will usually get early access to digital Self Learning Material (SLM), helping you to get ahead with your syllabus.

Important Information for Applicants
Urdu: You have to submit proof that you studied Urdu as a subject or medium of instruction at the 10th or 12th level. This is the biggest reason for status rejection.
Payment Receipt: Download your “Payment Acknowledgment.” Your only proof if status shows “Payment Failed” but the money was deducted.
Deadline: The final day to correct any status problems and register for current cycle is February 28, 2026.

Sure! It implies that your Primary documents have been verified. You can start studying by using the digital SLM (Self Learning Material). However, your admission is subject to verification of original documents at your LSC.
Not that easy. If your status is Confirmed you will have to submit a formal request to Director of DDE with an acceptable reason. Processing fees may also be involved.
No worries! It’s a common occurrence. It means that the document that you have uploaded is not clear enough to establish that you studied Urdu at 10th/12th level. So simply scan your original marksheet (high resolution) and upload it again through the “Correction” link on the dashboard.
Password can be retrieved using “Forgot Password” link at the MANUU Admission Portal. Enter your registered email ID to receive a link for password resetting.
The status on your dashboard will change from ‘Payment Pending’ to ‘Paid’ after the payment has been completed. You should also be able to download ‘Fee Receipt’ or ‘Acknowledgement Slip’ on the “Payment History” whose link is available on your dashboard.
